Casual House Clothing Returns & Refund Policy

1. 14-Day Right to Cancel
- Notification Window: You have 14 days from the day after you receive your item to notify us that you wish to return it for a refund.
- Return Window: Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to send the item back to us.
2. Item Condition & Requirements
- Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, and in the exact condition they were sent out in.
- For vintage, pre-owned, and clearance apparel, original tags (if applicable) and garment condition must match our listing photos and measurements.
- Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent damage during transit.
3. How to Process a Return
- Contact us with your Order Number and details of the item you wish to return at casualhouseclothing@gmail.com.
- Package your item securely.
- Post the item back to our return address using a tracked shipping service:

4. Return Shipping Costs
- Change of Mind / Standard Returns: The buyer is responsible for paying return postage costs. We recommend using a tracked service with proof of delivery.
- Faulty or Incorrect Items: If an item arrives damaged, significantly misdescribed, or faulty, please contact us immediately. In these cases, we will provide a pre-paid return label or cover reasonable return postage costs.
5. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue your refund to your original payment method within 14 days.
- Refunds will include standard outward delivery costs (if charged at checkout). Premium or expedited shipping fees selected at checkout are non-refundable.
